5 | dl | Dark beer |
70 | g | Tomato puree conc |
Instructions for Ølbraiseret pig JAWS
To prepare the Ølbraiseret pig JAWS recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat lining cut from pig jaws. The vegetables cut into cubes and FRY in butter and oil together thoroughly with bacon cut into cubes.
Add the thyme, salt and pepper and jaw lumps and let it Brown.
Add tomato puree and beer and simmer the meat is tender, a good hour or so.
Tag nuggets jaw up and add the sour cream to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with a good mashed potatoes.
