Instructions for Æbeltærte
To prepare the Æbeltærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wheat flour, powdered sugar and baking powder mix. Margarine (into small pieces) are added and the dough and break into pieces together so it looks like grated cheese. The milk is added and the dough come together. The dough is made cold for 30 min.
The dough rolled thin out and a greased/wax paper lined pie dish approx. 24 cm in diameter covered with dough.
Sour cream is distributed on the pie bottom. Apple without Peel into thin both added taglagt on sour cream. Apples sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Butter BLOBs is allocated above.
Bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven in 20-25 minutes.
Tips:
The freshly baked pie is served with cold sour cream.
