Stir all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper and possibly. tabasco. Add if necessary. A little more tabasco if ketchup is used instead of chilisovs. Allow the dressing to take 1/2 hour before use.

The dressing should pull in refrigerator several hours before serving. Stir in just before serving. Serve the dressing in a bowl of it to shredded lettuce, Chinese cabbage or cabbage and chopped parsley or a bowl of mixed salad.
