Toasted bread with cheese and jam

Grahamsbrødet toasting and lubricated with scraped margarine. The one slice eaten with cheese, the other with honey or jam.

Cottage cheese with vegetables and fresh fruit

1 slice wholegrain rye bread with margarine, cottage cheese and vegetables scraped. 1 slice of bread with margarine and honey or jam. Finish with ½ grapefruit.

Yogurt with oat bran cheese sandwich and fruit

Sprinkle oat bran on yoghurt. Got cottage cheese on bread, garnish with green sprinkle. Butter a slice of bread with honey or jam. Finish with a fresh bulb.
