Rinse the cranberries in a sieve in cold water and pour over ½ dl. Water in a pan and bring to a boil with at least 3 dl. sugar. When melted, add the berries and cook for 6-8 minutes. Take the pan off the fire and add the shredded shells.

Crushed cranberries: Cranberries (possibly thawed frozen) are boiled in a can of sugarcane, water, juice and grated lemon and salt. Let the cranberries boil for approx. 1 min., Take the saucepan off and let the pickled berries pull for as long as possible.
Cranberries are cooked with sugar and water. Remove the heat and add the horseradish, stir well together and cool off.
