Norway lobster in the oven with herbs

Cut the top of the lobster tails, start at the head and cut down, around the tail and up to the head again. Put the lobsters together in a small pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients and spread them over the tails with a spoon. Place the dish in the oven at 250
