Blueberry Habanero Chutney

Mix the onion, vinegar, sugar and half of the habanero calm. Simmer until the liquid is reduced to ca. 1/3. Add the blueberries and more habanero aftertaste. Simmer 7-10 minutes more until it becomes viscous. Stir gently into the Pan, so it does not burn on.
