To prepare the World's Best Bread - Fast Version recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast dissolves in lukewarm water. Add salt + flour gradually. The dough must not be kneaded, but just stir all the flour is moist.
Let the dough raise in a covered bowl about 2.5 hours.
Take the dough out on the table and fold it 4-5 times over itself. Be careful not to work too much with it.
Grease a clean bowl of oil and allow the dough to rise in the bowl for 1.5 hours.
In the meantime, a pot of lid (or a rose sauce) is heated well in the oven at 250 degrees.
Pour the dough into the hot pot and lay on it. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and allow the bread to bake for another 15 minutes.
The bread is cooled to the baker.
