To prepare the Whole fish with tomato and garlic recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onion and garlic chopped well and steamed clear in oil.
Whole fish fillets are sprinkled with salt and pepper and placed in a greased refractory dish. The onion mixture is added.
The tomatoes are flaked, cut into slices and put into the dish. Butter biscuits are distributed over the court.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Decorate with herbs. Servers mecd rice or pasta.
