Instructions for Whale Steaks
To prepare the Whale Steaks recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow and slice of onions. Put them golden in 1/3 of the butter on a pan. Take them off and keep them warm, covered on a warm ash.
Spice the whalebacks with salt and pepper. Bring them 1-2 minutes on each side for good heat for another 1/3 of the butter. Take them off the forehead. Rinse your forehead with boiling water and dry it well.
Heat the rest of the butter on the forehead and sprinkle the whalebones 4-5 minutes on each side with moderate heat until they are passed. Let them rest for a couple of minutes on a warm dish and benefit the onions over them.
Sauce:
Boil the pan with broth or water. Add the cream and tomato paste and let the sauce boil. Season with salt and pepper. Bid the sauce to the whales.
tips:
The sleeper can be leveled with 1 tbsp. Maizeamel stirred in a little cold water.
Offer potatoes or hazelnut potatoes and courgettes in dish.
Potato herb fad also fits well.
Dried whipped meat can be cooked as a beef fillet, ie as a steak, like a roast beef in a saucepan and as a schnitzel.
