Cook time: 0 min.
Servings: 4

Ingredients for Tzatziki child friendly

Pepper
Salt
1Cucumber
1.5-3cloveGarlic (depending on how strong the garlic is)
5dlGreek yogurt or 1 liter ymer/a38

Instructions for Tzatziki child friendly

To prepare the Tzatziki child friendly recipe, please follow these instructions:

1) If you have chosen to use ymer or A38 yoghurt, water must be discarded: take 2-3 large coffee filters (put them on top of each other), put them in the coffee rack, place the coffee rack over a large cup / glass, then pour the yogurt / Place the yarn in the coffee filters and put it in the fridge or other cool place. (Be sure to empty the glass / cup for wet once in a while to avoid flooding). This should be approx. 2 hours.
2) Empty the cucumber for the core, for example by halving the cucumber and peel it inside with a teaspoon. Then cut the cucumber into small pieces. (Tern, crescent, etc.)
3) Place the cucumber pieces in a slice (on top of a deep plate) and pour a lot of salt over to take some of the liquid from the cucumber (this will last for an hour)
4) Garlic pressed into yoghurt / A38 or Greek yoghurt, add agro-grease and add salt and pepper to taste.

tips:
Since there is not much bet in Greek yogurt you do not have to say this, as with A38 or ymer. And the smaller the cucumber pieces, the better the taste in the whole of tzatzikia. (Children would prefer to eat small pieces of vegetables as it is easier to chew)
