Instructions for Turkey Leverpostej
To prepare the Turkey Leverpostej recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dup kankunleveren dry with a kitchen roll and remove any tendons. Mix turkey liver in food processor or blender with butter, flour, egg, cream and anchovies. Peel the apple and tear it roughly. The arrow and chin went well. Stir apple and onions in the liver and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Prepare the mixture in a form or oven-proof dish and baking station for about 3/4 hours at 175 degrees.
Cool the post to the next day if it is going to be cold.
