2 | Boneless Turkey leg approx. 800 g | |
3-4 | tbsp | Cream cheese naturel |

To prepare the Turkey in flow mint sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bony turkey wool is held together with a pair of meatballs or string, like two rolls. Brush them in butter in a small frying pan.
Cook chicken broth, cream and cheese and spices together to the sauce, pour it at the turkey wool and let them roast softly for a half hour after they are browned.
Take the turkey wool up and cut into thin slices. Boil the sauce through. With more cream cheese or cream and mint.
Taste and serve the sauce in a bowl for themselves.
