Lemon juice
Provence-spice
0.5Red bell pepper
1Small squash
1tspRed wine vinegar
2tbspOil
2Trout fillets

Instructions for Trout-Kebab

To prepare the Trout-Kebab recipe, please follow these instructions:

Take the skin off of 2 trout fillets and cut the meat into large pieces.

Cut a small squash and a half, red bell pepper into small pieces. Put fish and grøntsagsstykkerne in a bowl. Mix 2 tbsp. oil with 1 tsp. red wine vinegar and pour over the mixture in the bowl. Sprinkle with Provencal seasoning. Let it soak for an hour.

The pieces are put on the barbecue skewers, brushed with lemon juice and grilling for approx. 5 min.
