Ingredients for Traditional Shrove buns (Super delicious!!!)

1 | dl | Milk |
1 | tbsp | Corn flour |
1 | dl | Sugar |
1 | tsp | Vanilliesukker |
100 | g | Yeast |
400 | g | Magerine |
8 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Traditional Shrove buns (Super delicious!!!)
To prepare the Traditional Shrove buns (Super delicious!!!) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all the ingredients for the cream in a saucepan and let it simmer until it thickens. Take the cream of the flared, and let it cool off.
Stir in yeast, milk and sugar together. Add egg and then flour. Roll out dough to a thickness of approximately 1.5 cm on a floured kitchen table. Cut the margarine into slices, and place it on the 2/3 of the dough. Put the dough together in 3 layers.
Roll the dough out again, and put it back together in 3 layers, this time on the other part. Repeat once again.
Roll the dough out thinly and cut into 20-25 squares. Put a spoonful of cream on each square. Fold the corners around the cream, and place dough balls with the join downwards onto baking sheets. Let them raise in an hour. Turn on the oven at 230 °. Convection oven = 210 degrees approx.
Buns brush if necessary. with milk or eggs.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with chocolate glaze.
