1 | Large fillets of white fish without bones and skins | |

150 | ml | Wheat flour |

50 | ml | Kartofelmel |
Instructions for Traditional Icelandic fish balls
To prepare the Traditional Icelandic fish balls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Notch or mal fiskefileten and the onion, and mix in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the eggs and milk as needed. Form small buns with two spiseskerer or by hand.
FRY in oil or butter over low heat until they are finished.
When fish dough balls are almost finished, you can add 250 ml. of water, let it boil up ½ tbsp 1. flour mixed with 1 dl. water or milk and mix it to a la pasta, pour it into the pan with 1 tsp. fish broth and 50 ml ketchup. Stir well and let Cook approximately 5 min.
