Ingredients for Tomato sauce, strong

Instructions for Tomato sauce, strong
To prepare the Tomato sauce, strong recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onion finely and saute it in oil to the pieces are soft and slightly Golden. Squeeze the garlic into, along with the finely chopped chilli. Saute about 30 seconds and then add the tomatoes, cut into quarters, and the herbs. Cook with lid approx. 10 minutes and without lid for approx. 5 minutes.
Remove bay leaf and rub the rest through a sieve. A blender can be used, but it doesn't provide nearly as fine a result, since the kernel only breakable part, while they completely removed using a sieve.
The texture is corrected now, possibly further steaming or the addition of water. Warm the sauce up again and taste it to, but never add jævning.
Tips:
You can add a little tomato concentrate, if you eg. have been unlucky and get some irrigated tomatoes – and which therefore lacks a little tomato flavor.
