Brush the cakes a little with cognac, liqueur and coffee. Whip sugar and egg yolks completely white and egg whites completely airy. The sugar can be mixed in the mascarpon with lemon juice, the melted husblas and the rest of the coffee. Gently turn the egg whites in.
