150gMargarine
25gYeast
420gWheat flour

Instructions for Teddy Ball

To prepare the Teddy Ball recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter. Stir the mash and pour the mixture into a knead dish. Crumble make it and add the egg.

Now add sugar and wheat flour and knead it all together well. Raises approx. 1 hour.

Tapped into buns to be baked, baking approx. 30 minutes.

Brush with a little milk and bake at 200 degrees C hot air until golden. 8 minutes.
