To prepare the Tartlets with fried brussels in peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
The pears are cut into slices and put into water so that any soil residues can fall to the bottom. Sprinkle the broths and steam them on a layer of herbs (1 carrot - 1 small onion - 1/4 celeriac) for approx. 35 min. The pores are blanched and the water is filtered off. The pears are poured back into the pan, add cream. Even with maizena (which is touched in cold water). Slice the tender brussels into slices and turn into a mixture of pepper-flour-salt-pepper. Sprinkle the pellets on a hot pan in a little oil. Serves on top of the porridge cream in the tartlets and decorate with chives. The tartlets are heated in the oven at 200 degrees with the bottom upwards. Can also be heated on toaster. When the tartlets are hot, pour the filling in and serve immediately.
