To prepare the Tartelettes with chickens in Velote recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter melt, add flour, stir until it is even, whip chicken stock for a little while and let it stand and cook for approx. 20 min. Cut asparagus for approx. 3-4 cm long pieces. Turn the chicken and asparagus into the baking and season with salt and pepper. The tartlets are heated in the oven at 200 degrees with the bottom upwards. Can also be heated on toaster. When the tartels are hot, pour the filling in and serve. Decorate with the chopped parsley.
