To prepare the Sussi's superb morning buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

The evening before:
Stir yeast into cold water. Add salt, oil, honey, oatmeal and flour. Stir it all together. (To be made in a large bowl, as it raises a lot during the night)
Cover the dish with household film and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

Next morning:
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Immediately put the bowl of dough on 2 plates of baking paper. (Use a tablespoon dipped in cold water to form each bowl).
Bake for 20 minutes at 210 degrees in a hot air oven (both plates can be at one time) or 225 degrees oven (they must be baked twice).
