Ingredients for Strawberry foam with fragilite
1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | Egg whites | |
2 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
2 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
300 | g | Fresh strawberries |
50-75 | g | Peeled almonds |
Instructions for Strawberry foam with fragilite
To prepare the Strawberry foam with fragilite recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg whites very stiff. Chop the almonds roughly and mix flour, flour and vanilla sugar. Turn the almond mixture into the whipped egg whites.
Wide the mass into a circle of about 25 cm in diameter. Pour the mass at 130-140 degrees (120 hot air) for 1-1½ hours until it is crisp and light brown. Allow to cool completely.
STRAWBERRIES FOAM:
Take some strawberries from to the decorations and cut them in half. Cut the rest into small pieces. Whip the cream of foam and whip the icing and vanilla sugar in. Then turn the small pieces of strawberries into.
Cut the bottom into very small pieces and spread them in serving glasses. Distribute the strawberry foam upstairs. Garnish with half strawberries
