1.5 | dl | Fish broth |
1.5 | tbsp | Oystersauce |
2 | clove | Garlic |
3 | tsp | Corn flour |
3 | tbsp | Oil |
3 | tbsp | Sherry. dry |
400 | g | Tiger shrimp shucked, raw |

To prepare the Stir fried tiger prawns with oystersauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a wok. Gently fry the crushed garlic and grated ginger on a low heat until soft and browned. Add the shrimp and stir-fry at medium heat till they change color.
Add oystersauce, sherry and broth and bring it to the boil. Put the lid on and simmer for 2 mins. make a jævning of cornmeal and a little water and pour this jævning in court. Simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes clear. Serve immediately.
