Instructions for Squashmuffins
To prepare the Squashmuffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the eggs well with sugar, melted butter, milk and grated squash.
Mix the wheat flour and whole wheat flour with baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together and add raisins and chopped Walnut kernels.
Divide the batter into 12 greased muffin cups and set them in the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven in 20-25 my.
