To prepare the Squash-rods recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut young crisp squash in rods in a size suitable for dips. Server them with herbal salt and/or one of the following dips: Curry-dip
2 ½ dl. plain yogurt is stirred well with about 1 tablespoon. Curry.

Danablue-dip
100 g. cream cheese
30 g. danablue or crumbled roquefort
2 tsp. chili sauce
½ TSP. paprika
1 tsp. Tamari
¼ TSP. Salt
a dusting of white pepper

Mix everything well and serve. A total of approx. 2 ½ dl.

Cottage cheese-dip
1 cup cottage cheese 250 g
1 tbsp. cut chives
½ TSP. Tabasco or tamari

Stir ingredients together and serve. A total of 3 ½ dl.
