Ingredients for Spinach omelet
1 | tbsp | Chopped fresh basil |
1 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
2 | clove | Garlic chopped |
200 | g | Fresh spinach washed dried and the cusp |
30 | g | Parmesan |
6 | tbsp | Olive oil |
8 | Eggs |
Instructions for Spinach omelet
To prepare the Spinach omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the spinach for about half of the warm oil to the falls together, and leave to cool a little.
Whisk eggs, parmesan, parsley, Basil and garlic with a fork. Add the cooled spinach.
Warm the rest of the oil in a large skillet and pour the egg mixture on. Fry over medium heat until the mass is fixed.
Omeletten served without additional fill. Garnish, if desired. with a few fledgling washed spinach leaves.
