1 | dl | White wine |
1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
100 | g | Butter |
2 | tsp | Finely chopped græsløg |
2 | dl | Cream |
2 | Shallots | |
2 | Tangy apples | |
3 | dl | Apple juice or apple cider |
4 | dl | Water |
600-700 | g | Smoked halibut |
