To prepare the Skinkzchnitzler with paprika sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the hamburgers with peppers, salt and pepper. Let the butter golden in a pan and brown schnitzels on both sides. Step them finish at low heat approx. 3 min. on every side. Take the schnitzels up and keep them warm. Boil the pan with broth. Add the peppers and cream and cook the sauce well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice and broccoli.
