To prepare the Savory stuffed peaches recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the peaches in half. Remove the stones. Hollow-out them so there will be room for the stuffing, but let some of the flesh will be in each peach half. Filling: Whisk the egg in a bowl with almonds, ginger, sugar and the hollowed-out ferskenkød. Mix it well and favor it in the halves. Place the peaches in a baking dish. Advantage the spices between the peaches. Pour orange juice in and behind them at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
