100 | g | Pumpkin seeds |

200 | g | Oats (like long-term toasted from aurion) |
300 | g | Carrots |
300 | g | Leeks |

To prepare the Salad with leek, carrot and oats recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make carrot and Leek in a position. Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces. Steam them crisp-tender. Boil the whole oats according to instructions on package-add salt and lemon peel-or until it is tender and pleasant to bite into. Let vegetables and grain cooling off. Blend the ingredients for the dressing. Mix with cereals, vegetables and pumpkin seeds, season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tips:
Plain cereals can be used instead of long-term toasted oats. It is cooked until tender, cooling off and used as above.
