Stir the yeast into a little cold milk, add lukewarm milk. Melt and cool butter / margarine. Stir the egg yolks with sugar until it becomes bright. Add milk, flour and cardamom while stirring thoroughly. Bring half of the melted grease into the dough and gently mix the pinch egg whites. Slide the dough into a slanting place. 20 min. Soak the scallops and give them a boil. Bring some melted fat into each hole on the hot pan. Fill the holes halfway with dough and put a sword in each. Pour more dough on top before turning the "slices".
