1 | bag | Pumpkin seeds |
1 | bag | Flax seed |
1 | kg | Wheat grain |
1 | dl | Oil |
1 | kg | Rye flour |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
1 | bag | Sunflower seeds |
1 | l | Water |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
800 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Rye bread buns
To prepare the Rye bread buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the kernels in water for about 1 hour and then mix with 1 liter of water.
Add salt and sugar and yeast and stir well, flour and knead well. The dough must be well-glued.
Let rise in refrigerator for about 12 hours.
Roll out a table well with flour (some coarse flour)
Cut out with a glass and lay it on a plate. They may be close to the top of the line
Let rise for about 1 hour
Baked in the oven for about 30 minutes at 175 degrees
