Instructions for Roquefort salad
To prepare the Roquefort salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the salad and grate it into smaller pieces. Serve the salad on 4 plates and crumble the roquefortosten over along with chopped onion. Stir the dressing together and pour it over the salad. Remove the crust from the bread and cut it into cubes. Melt the butter in a frying pan and grate bread dice until golden and crispy. Let them cool before they are distributed over the salad.
