To prepare the Rooks in the dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
6 rooks ombindes, Brown and placed in a deep ovenproof dish. 3 thick slices Salted pork cut into cubes and Brown until golden. 150 g. miniløg and 10 peeled unsalted olive precooked, add and FRY for a moment. Pan the contents poured over the Court. The pot boils with 3 dl. broth, 1 dl. port wine or sherry and 1 dl. cream, season with salt and pour over the Court. The dish covered with a lid/foil and put in the middle of the oven at 125 degrees c. in 1.5-2 hours.
At no 250 g. butter roasted mushrooms sprinkled over, and lun flute or new potatoes are served.
