1 | tbsp | Sesame oil |
1.25 | dl | Soy sauce |
2 | clove | Garlic finely chopped |
3 | Spring onions finely chopped | |
40 | g | Sesame seeds |
500 | g | Trimmed Sirloin or tenderloin |
Instructions for Roast beef
To prepare the Roast beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is placed in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Sesame seeds are shaken on a dry forehead for even heat for 3-4 minutes. The pan is constantly shaken until the seeds are brownish. Poured from the forehead and crushed in mortar or clean coffee grinder.
The meat is cut into thin slices across the fibers. The meat, soy sauce, garlic, spring onion and half of the sesame seeds are thoroughly mixed in a bowl, marinated for 2 hours.
The oils are stirred together and brushed on a griddle, a thickened pan or a barbecue plate, which is heated warmly. The meat was cooked 3 times approx. 1 minute on each side. It must not get too much so it will be cool. The grill is brushed and reheated between each serving. Sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds over the meat.
Served with Kim Chi.
