Instructions for Risk factors in swallowing
To prepare the Risk factors in swallowing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix rice flour, 2 dl sugar and 5 dl juice and cook it to a doughy consistency. In another pot, boil with the rest of the sugar and vanilla to a similar consistency. Cool and roll small mung beans.
Brush the banana leaves with oil, place the rice dough in the middle of the leaves and mung beans on top and finish with another layer of rice flour. Pack the banana leaves to small square packages and steam them for 10 minutes.
