To prepare the Rhubarb cake with crumb cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rhubarb bars are cut into thin slices and mixed with sugar, potato flour and vanilla sugar. Pour into a greased fireproof dish.
The dough is crumbled with flour, sugar and soft butter sprinkled over the rhubarb.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 20 minutes.
Served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
tips:
Instead of rhubarb, apples can be used.
