3Passport. egg whites

Instructions for Red currant sorbet

To prepare the Red currant sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix ribs and water and place it in the freezer until it is half frozen, about 1 hour. Beat the egg whites to stiff foam. Flip the egg whites in the half-frozen ribs and put it in the freezer again for approx. 2 hours. Stir in it sometime in between. Take the ice cream out of a ½ hour before serving and whip the ice through with hand mixer, shortly before serving. so it will be light and airy.

Serve in individual bowls with ribs for ornamental purposes.
