Instructions for Ratatouille in the oven
To prepare the Ratatouille in the oven recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the vegetables in coarse chunks and toss them in oil with preset garlic, salt and pepper. Put the vegetables in one layer on a baking sheet and bake them until tender at 225 degrees for about 30 min. Turn the vegetables along the way.
Turn the chopped basil leaves in the finished ratatouille.
Tips:
You can take advantage of mixing the vegetables with oil, garlic, salt and pepper by getting all of the ingredients in a large plastic freezer bag and knead it together therein before the vegetables poured out onto the baking plate.
