To prepare the Rødbedetzatiki recipe, please follow these instructions:

Grate the baked, peeled beetroot coarsely. Pipe a cream of smoked cheese, drained yogurt or sour cream, salt, pepper, olive oil, a little garlic. Season to taste with lemon juice and a bit of Apple vinegar. Mix gently with them.
