Olive oil for frying
1cloveGarlic cut into small pieces
1Medium-sized carrot finely grated (or 1 cup of grated squash squeezed dry)
1/2cupLow-fat cottage cheese
1/2tspSugar
1/4tspBlack pepper
1/4tspGround cumin
1/8tspSalt
2Spring onions
2Round cups cooked quinoa
3Eggs
3tbspFlour
3/4cupGrated cheddar cheese

Instructions for Quinoa Burger

To prepare the Quinoa Burger recipe, please follow these instructions:

In a large bowl mix the boiled quinoa, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, carrots, eggs, flour, spring onion, sugar, pepper, cumin, salt and garlic.
Heat a pan and put a couple of teaspoonful olive oil over medium-low heat. The mixture will be a little sticky. Step until they are golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
