Instructions for Potato-herring

To prepare the Potato-herring recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut herrings into small pieces. Slice the potatoes and 2 eggs into slices and chop the third egg. Put a bed of potatoes and eggs on a platter. Mix mayonnaise with cream, and season to taste with wine vinegar, curry powder, salt and a little sugar. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the potatoes and eggs. Put the warm close over here, and sprinkle with the chopped eggs last. Garnish with chives and tomato boats.
