Ingredients for Pork tenderloin with apricots

1-2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
150 | g | Dried apricots |
2 | twigs | Thyme |
2 | dl | Water |

Instructions for Pork tenderloin with apricots
To prepare the Pork tenderloin with apricots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the top with thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Warm a frying pan that can withstand the oven heat well and place it in the pan with the grease side down. Leave it brown until some of the grease is melted. Turn the meat piece and rub it well on the other sides. Pour onions, cut them into thin boats and brown them in the pan. Cut the apricots into strips and put them in the pan with the water. Put the lid on the pan and put it in a cold oven. Turn on 200 degrees and allow the meat to rise for 11/2-2 hours until it can easily be loosened from the leg.
Remove the meat from the pot. Smooth cloud with flour touched in cold water. Boil the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cut the meat off the leg and cut it into as nice slices as possible.
The meat can also be put in the oven in a refractory dish with lid or stanniol.
