To prepare the Pork Tenderloin in foil recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fillet brushed with oil. There sprinkled salt, paprika and pepper. The emphasis is in the film. The onion rings and mushrooms, then cut in half is divided into quarters and placed by the loin. Foil packed well about meat, onions and mushrooms. Put in a 200 degrees c. alm. oven for half an hour.
Serve with half baked potatoes, which are inserted into the oven for a good half hour before the loin.
Tips:
You can also cut a scratch half through the loin lengthwise, fill it with 100-150 g pitted prunes and macerate, rolling it together with kødtråd. A cranberry jelly would fit just fine.
