Instructions for Pizza with vegetables
To prepare the Pizza with vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Stir yeast into 1 dl. lukewarm water.
Sift the flour into a stirrup and make a hole in the middle to salt, sugar, olive oil and the dissolved yeast
Beat the dough well with your hands and gradually add the rest of the water until a firm and lightly sticky dough is obtained. Bring it up and knead it on a spoonful table and add the rest of the flour. Spread a little flour to sprinkle the table and dough with. Fold the dough double and work from the center toward the sides. After a couple of minutes, the dough does not absorb flour anymore. Continue kneading for about 20 minutes. Then let the dough raise a warm place for 2 hours. Cover the dish with a damp cloth. After 2 hours the dough is raised to double size.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Divide the dough into two and roll it out with a cake roll on a spelled table. Turn occasionally to the dough. The rolled dough should be about 5 mm. thick. Cover the mold and cut the excess dough off.
Filling:
Cut the ham into strips. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the ham and raise it at high heat. Add leek, squash and peppers in small cubes and the finely chopped onions. Switch the vegetables. Add the chopped and chopped tomatoes. Add wine, season with salt and pepper and boil. Allow the dish to simmer under cover for 15 minutes at low heat. Add chopped parsley and benefit the filling on the pizza base. Sprinkle grated cheese and bag the pizza for 15 minutes in the oven.
