Ingredients for Pissaladière
1 | kg | Onion into strips |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
300 | g | Bread dough |
4 | clove | Chopped garlic |
75 | g | Anchovy fillets |
75 | g | Small black nicoise olives |
Instructions for Pissaladière
To prepare the Pissaladière recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 °. Heat the oil in a large pan, add onion and garlic and sauté for low heat to the onions almost cooked to a mash, approx. 20 min. Roll the dough thinly as for pizza and benefit the onion on the dough. Distribute anchovy fillets and the little olives in a neat pattern on top of the onions and behind the pissalad egg in the oven for 20 minutes. Server pissaladieren lun with, for example, a tomato salad. It is also suitable for a buffet.
tips:
* Bread dough, eg: 1 1/4 dl water, 10 g yeast, 1½ tsp salt, 45 g durum wheat flour and 90 g wheat flour. Dissolve yeast in the water and knead salt and flour. Refresh cool until next day or just a couple of hours on the kitchen table.
