Ingredients for Pilau

Instructions for Pilau
To prepare the Pilau recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fry the chopped onion in a little oil and let them be clear. Add the meat and Brown it well. Add the spices, the small-minded, tomatoes and a few dl coconut milk or water, and let the meat simmer tender. Add the rest of the liquid and add the rice, stir, and cook finished after approx. 30 minutes. Server Pilau with salad, made of fintsnittet cabbages, onions and tomatoes doused with a little water and salt. In Tanzania is the salad always very wet and nice decorated.
