Instructions for Pea-Mint mousse
To prepare the Pea-Mint mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put husblasen in soft.
Cook the peas along with Mint in a little water with salt for a few minutes.
Drain and blend the peas with yogurten.
Melt husblasen and stick it in the bean mass.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and turn them in.
