1 | tbsp | Thyme, fresh |
100 | g | Sour cream 18% |
100 | g | Oyster Mushrooms |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
250 | g | Ribbon pasta, fresh |
4 | clove | Garlic |
4 | Tomatoes |
Instructions for Oyster hats with tomato sauce
To prepare the Oyster hats with tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tomato sauce:
Tomatoes cut in half and put in pan with garlic. Olive oil and thyme are poured over. The baking pan is put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven. Then blend in a blender to make it all a pulp.
Oyster mushrooms:
Oysters are rinsed and cut into strips the size of a thumb. Step on the forehead for approx. 10 minutes with a little olive oil. Then pour into the tomato sauce.
Assert:
Freshly boiled approx. 2 minutes- follow any instructions on the package.
serving:
Pasta sauce with oyster hats poured over pasta and a crunchy creme fraiche on top, accessory flute.
